Privacy information and terms for the website and our applications

Website & project request privacy notice

This notice covers the public website at ziorentia.com, project requests and related communications. Please also read the relevant product notice for information processed within an app.

1. Privacy operator and contact details

HEB614 Co., Ltd. is the current operator responsible for personal information processed through this website. A change of operator or transfer of existing personal information is subject to the notices and consent required by law. Any new use of existing information must also comply with applicable law.

Please do not include unnecessary sensitive information such as government identification numbers, Social Security numbers, payment-card details or health information in a request or attachment. You must have authority to provide information about another person.

3. Purposes and recipients

We use the information for the requested work, customer communications, service security, records management and legal obligations. Submitting a project request does not enroll you in marketing emails.

Services providing hosting, network security, email or file sharing may process information needed for those tasks. These may include Cloudflare for site delivery and security, R2 for file-sharing features that use it, and email providers for message handling. App-specific AI, translation, maps and purchases are described in the product notices. Processing for legal requests, protection of rights or a lawful business transfer is subject to applicable law and required notice or consent.

Google provides Google Analytics for website measurement. When analytics is enabled for your visit, Google receives the analytics information described above and processes it under its terms and privacy policies. Optional scripts are not loaded on project-request, request-result, request-status, quote, administration or webmail pages.

How Google uses information from sites or apps that use its services

4. Cookies and tracking

Public information and product pages can use Google Analytics cookies to measure visits and site use. We do not run advertising scripts. Necessary login and security features may use separate sessions or cookies, and servers and network security services may keep connection and security records.

When you choose a language, we save that preference in a functional cookie for up to one year. Automatic browser-language detection does not store this cookie. Page translations are served from local files and do not send page content to a translation service during your visit.

You can manage, block or delete cookies in your browser settings. This may affect sign-in and other website features. Deleting cookies does not automatically delete data previously received by Google. Google also provides a Google Analytics opt-out add-on for supported browsers.

Google Analytics opt-out browser add-on

5. Retention, deletion and processing locations

Retention needs depend on the status of the request or contract, support needs, legal recordkeeping such as accounting obligations, dispute handling and security. Information whose purpose has ended and that has no other retention basis is subject to deletion or de-identification. For a deletion request, we review the relevant records, retention basis and scope and explain how the request can be addressed.

Operational data and backups can have different retention and deletion schedules. Records subject to a legal retention obligation may not be deleted immediately. Exported app files, your device and operating-system backups, and information held by external providers are managed separately.

A US mailing address does not mean that all information is stored in the United States. Processing countries can vary with hosting, network services, email and the optional service used. Providing existing Korean business data to a separate US recipient, or allowing overseas access or storage, requires a separate assessment of the applicable international-transfer requirements and any necessary notice or consent.

6. Your privacy requests

You can email the contact above to request access or a copy, correction, deletion, a restriction on use or disclosure, withdrawal of consent, or an answer to a privacy question. Use “Privacy request” in the subject and identify the service and your request. We may ask for proportionate verification to avoid disclosing your information to someone else. Do not send a full identity document or your lookup password with the initial request.

Depending on the applicable law and your location, you may also have rights to portability, an opt-out of sale, sharing or targeted advertising, restrictions on sensitive information, authorized-agent requests, and an appeal of a decision. California and other state rights depend on each law’s scope. Requests are reviewed within the applicable deadlines and exceptions; if we cannot fulfill a request, we explain the reason and available next steps. We do not penalize you merely for exercising a right protected by law.

7. Security and children

We apply protections appropriate to the information, including authentication, access restrictions, HTTPS and request protection. We do not guarantee that internet transmission or every storage location is free of risk. If a personal-information incident occurs, we assess its effects and carry out the response and notifications required by applicable US federal and state laws, Korean law and other applicable requirements.

The project request service is for business and software-development consultations and is not directed to children under 13. Please contact us if you believe a child has submitted information. For app location and external-service features, also read the child-related information in the relevant product notice.

8. Applicable standards and updates

For services offered to US users, we consider FTC privacy and consumer-protection standards, applicable New Mexico security and breach-notification obligations, and other state requirements that apply to the users and processing involved. This does not remove the current Korean operator’s obligations or mandatory rights available to you.

We update this notice and its revision date when processing or the operator changes. Material changes, new uses of existing information and a business transfer are subject to separate notice or consent where required by law.

This product notice describes the relevant app features. Website inquiries, purchase platforms and optional external services have separate data handling. Processing can differ by installed version and enabled features.

Privacy Policy — ToonPie

Privacy-First Approach

ToonPie is designed around on-device image viewing and OCR. When you use translation, extracted text is sent to your selected translation service. Personal information contained in that text may be included.

1. Information We Collect

1.1 Personal Data

Basic image viewing does not require you to submit the following information to us. Content sent to a selected translation provider and that provider’s connection records are separate:

  • Names, email addresses, or contact information
  • Device identifiers or unique user IDs
  • Location data or IP addresses
  • User behavior tracking or analytics

1.2 Image Data

Images you open in ToonPie are processed locally on your device:

  • Image files never leave your device unless you actively export or share them
  • No image data is transmitted to our servers
  • You can manage image files using the app’s save and export controls

1.3 Extracted Text Data

When you use translation features:

  • Only the text extracted from selected images is sent to translation services
  • Text is transmitted via encrypted HTTPS connections
  • Extracted text can contain names, contact details or other personal information in the image. The API provider may process an IP address and technical records when handling the request
  • Original images are never sent to translation APIs

2. Third-Party Translation Services

Google Cloud Translation

Data Handling: Text-only transmission for translation

Encryption: HTTPS/TLS

Naver Cloud Papago

Data Handling: Text-only transmission for translation

Encryption: HTTPS/TLS

OpenAI Translation

Data Handling: Text-only transmission for translation

Encryption: HTTPS/TLS

3. How We Use Information

The app sends extracted text to provide translations. Provider logging, retention and further processing depend on the selected service and account terms:

  • Providing accurate translations back to you
  • Enabling the core functionality of the app

4. Data Storage & Retention

  • Images and translations saved by the app are managed on your device. Check the selected provider’s policy for retention of external translation requests
  • Basic image viewing does not require image storage on our servers. Materials you submit in an inquiry are covered by the website notice
  • We do not make a blanket promise of zero logging or immediate deletion by external translation providers. Review the selected service’s retention settings and policy

5. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions

  • Purchase transactions are processed entirely by Apple App Store
  • Payment-method entry and payment processing take place through the App Store, separately from transaction information used to verify purchase status
  • The app may process transaction or receipt information needed to verify purchase or subscription status

6. Your Rights & Controls

  • Translation features are entirely optional
  • You can use ToonPie as a viewer without any external API calls
  • You choose which translation service to use or disable translation
  • You can manage local app data using device settings and app controls. Exported files, operating-system backups and provider records must be managed separately

7. Children's Privacy

ToonPie is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

6. Contact

This notice distinguishes local GPS processing from optional maps, routes, sharing and backup features. External services can vary by platform, version and enabled feature.

Privacy Policy — Erdigo

Local records and the online features you choose

GPS sensor data, GPX and NMEA records, pins and routes are displayed and managed on the device. Loading maps, routes or live layers, or creating a sharing link, can send information needed for that feature to an external service.

1. Information Collection

Basic local features do not require a separate account or submission of a name or contact details. Coordinates, tracks, pins, photos and files can contain a person’s location or other personal information. Materials sent with an inquiry and store purchases are handled separately.

2. Internet Connection

Apple Maps or platform map services; maps and charts from services such as OpenStreetMap, OpenSeaMap, OpenAIP, NOAA and FAA; OpenSky and AIS-related live features; and routing may communicate with the selected providers. Requests can include map areas, tiles, route points and connection details such as an IP address, under the provider’s policy. Offline maps store previously downloaded regions on the device.

3. GPS Data

  • Readings from a connected USB, WiFi or other GPS sensor are used to display position, heading, altitude and reception status.
  • GPX and NMEA files, live records, pins and photos are managed on the device.
  • If you choose sharing, route calculation or an external-app integration, selected locations or content are processed for that feature. Local display does not mean that every online feature sends no information.

4. Data Storage, Sharing & Backups

  • Use the device’s save, delete and export controls to manage local records.
  • Sharing links may use external storage or a sharing service, including Cloudflare R2 where used by the feature, to deliver selected routes, measurements, pins or photos on the web. A recipient of the link may be able to view its contents; review the recipients and information before sharing.
  • The product’s password-based backup and restore feature creates backup files, and a safety backup may remain after a restore. Deleting an original does not also delete shared copies, exports or backups.
  • Retention, expiration and deletion of shared material depend on the feature and storage used. This page does not make a blanket promise of a particular expiry period or immediate deletion of every copy. Contact us below if you need help deleting shared material.
  • Store purchases and refunds follow the relevant platform’s terms. Processing countries and retention practices may differ between optional service providers.

5. Children’s Privacy

Review information about other people before sharing locations, routes or photos. Contact us if a child’s information is involved in an external service or shared material so we can consider the steps required by applicable law.

Privacy Policy — byeWatch

It stays on your device

byeWatch’s basic instruments use location and sensor readings on the device without a separate app account. The app is described as free of advertising and analytics. The iOS weather lookup sends coordinates to Apple WeatherKit, and purchases are handled by the stores. Please read the feature details below together.

1. Information Collection

Basic instruments: no separate personal-information submission

  • There is no sign-up. We never ask for a name, an email address or a phone number
  • No usage statistics or analytics are collected. No analytics or crash-reporting SDK is built into the app
  • No advertising is shown. No advertising identifier is used and the app never contacts an ad network
  • Settings and records are managed on the device. Local deletion on uninstall depends on the operating system; device backups and exported copies must be managed separately
  • Basic local features do not require storage of user content on our servers

2. Location

Location is used to work out sunrise and sunset times and magnetic declination. The app works without the permission; it falls back to a default position.

  • Declination is computed from WMM 2025 coefficients bundled in the app. No network request is made for it
  • Sunrise, sunset and the positions of the sun and moon are also computed on the device
  • The basic instrument calculations do not require sending location to our servers. The iOS weather lookup is handled separately as described below
  • The iOS weather lookup is the exception. Temperature and weather in the landscape panel come from Apple WeatherKit, and your coordinates are passed to Apple to fetch them. Apple's privacy policy governs that handling. Android has no such feature, so nothing is sent

3. Purchase

  • byeWatch is a paid app. There is nothing to buy inside it
  • Payment is handled by the App Store or Google Play; we never see your payment method or billing details

4. Sensors

  • The magnetometer, accelerometer and gyroscope drive the compass, the metal detector, the case lighting and the swing of the rotor
  • The pressure sensor drives the barometer and altimeter
  • Sensor readings are drawn on screen as they arrive and are never transmitted
  • On a device without a given sensor the instrument still opens; only that reading is missing

5. Background Execution

byeWatch does not run in the background. When the screen goes off or the app moves behind another, it stops using location and sensors. Keep screen on in settings applies only while you are looking at the app.

6. Children's Privacy

The local-feature descriptions apply regardless of age. iOS weather location processing, store purchases and inquiries are separate. Please use the contact below for concerns involving a child’s information.

7. Changes to This Policy

If a change to the app changes what is described here, this document is updated and the date below is changed with it.

Terms of Service — byeWatch

1. Acceptance

Downloading and using byeWatch means you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the app and use the store's refund process.

2. Licence

  • You are granted the right to use the app personally and non-commercially
  • You may not decompile or reverse-engineer the app, nor redistribute or resell it
  • The dials, case, icons and other artwork in the app remain the copyright of HEB614

3. Accuracy of the instruments — please read

byeWatch is a hobby instrument. Do not use it where safety is at stake.

  • The compass depends on your device's magnetometer. Metal, electronics and the inside of a vehicle throw it off badly. Do not use it for navigation at sea, in the air or in the mountains
  • The altitude from the barometer and altimeter is barometric altitude under a standard atmosphere. It differs from true elevation and the error grows with the weather
  • The metal detector is not a radar. The figure shown is a relative proximity index, not a distance in metres. It cannot be used to locate buried pipes or cables, or for any safety inspection
  • Tide figures are approximations and are no substitute for a real tide table
  • Astronomical calculations and rise and set times are for reference

4. Third-party services

  • Temperature and weather on iOS come from Apple WeatherKit. Their accuracy and availability rest with Apple, and the feature does not exist on Android
  • Purchases and refunds follow the terms of the App Store or Google Play

5. Device requirements

Some instruments only show readings on a device with the relevant sensor — a magnetometer for the compass and metal detector, a pressure sensor for the barometer and altimeter. The instrument still opens without it, showing a note in place of the reading. Please check sensor support before purchase. Refunds are subject to the applicable store policy and law.

6. Limitation of liability

The app is provided as is. To the extent the law allows, HEB614 is not liable for any loss arising from the use of, or inability to use, the app — including any use of the kind described in section 3.

7. Changes to these terms

If the terms change, this document is updated and the date below is changed with it. Material changes are subject to notice and any consent required by applicable law.
